CHALLENGE:
Create awareness for new slogan 'Growing with Austin.' Seeking opportunity to recruit potential employees and look
for a way to build internal company morale.
SOLUTION:
Sponsor one of Austin's most popular summertime music series, Blues on the Green. Motive hosted the VIP tent
backstage for hospitality and recruiting. The sponsorship included food and beverages to all VIP guests, other
sponsors, and performing artists.
Motive received TOP-Billing name recognition in 300+ promotional announcements on 107.1 KGSR during June-August.
Motive also received LOGO placement above the stage and on 4 DOME lights placed throughout the venue crowd, which
provided much-needed lighting during the concert.
For internal good will, Motive created a company-wide raffle which gave employees a chance to take part in the
Blues on the Green backstage area.
