CHALLENGE:
Create 2-market convenience store program for major account. Secure incremental display space for Coke brand for 2-month period.
SOLUTION:
- Secured major prize for sweepstakes giveaway: Harley-Davidson motorcycle (one for each market).
- Created in-store merchandising program with large, colorful POS placed in key area in convenience store.
- Utilized radio to drive traffic to store for registration and live radio remotes for incremental sweepstakes entries.
- Harley-Davidson motorcycle was displayed at each live radio remote to generate excitement and awareness for program.
- Sweepstakes culminated with prize giveaway at selected c-store location.
- Provided turn-key program for key account (all POS, consumer offer management, sweepstakes prizes, etc secured by EMG Austin).
- Details of the program were promoted on radio station websites.
- Used in-store Muzak to promote consumer participation.
