Cause Marketing:
Cause marketing is a partnership between a for-profit company and a nonprofit organization that increases the company's sales while raising money and visibility for the cause.

Cause marketing can happen in a variety of ways. Cause marketing partnerships strategically benefit all parties involved by aligning the business and nonprofit brands and communicating the partnership to consumers. Consumers get involved through the purchase of co-branded products or services generating a donation to the nonprofit.

According to recent studies, 88% of Americans think that companies should do more to communicate about their community involvement.
