Social Marketing:
Social marketing is the practice of using marketing techniques and platforms to influence a consumer to voluntarily change behavior.
Government entities have a need to deliver programs and services as well as encourage consumers to voluntarily change behavior for the benefit of the consumer and the community.
Community Outreach works with numerous governmental entities to create social marketing campaigns that engage and educate key audiences.
These social marketing campaigns include messages like, "Don't Drink and Drive," "Click it or Ticket," "Please Recycle" and "Register to Vote" to name a few.
Emmis Community Outreach has developed an expertise in creating effective social marketing campaigns that utilize a variety of media platforms and marketing techniques that reach consumers where they live, work and play with compelling messages that stress behavior change.
Through Community Outreach, government entities have access to leading social marketing strategies and ideas that help consumers to become more informed, involved citizens.
